IROO kids karaoke: imagination

Imagination

A microphone is a costume for the voice. One button and a shy kid becomes a monster, a robot or the star of the show.

IROO kids karaoke: knowledge

Knowledge

Songs are how letters, numbers and new languages stick. We keep the controls simple so the learning looks like play.

IROO kids karaoke: friendship

Friendship

Two microphones on purpose. Singing together is screen-free time that a group can share.

IROO kids karaoke: company

Company

Grandpa knows the old songs, the kids know the new ones. The cube sits in the middle and both sides win.

Tiny but sounds great!!!

My neice love it as my gift to her. She loves singing and she even appreciates the looks and quality sounds of it! She enjoy and have fun using it! Nice and perfect gift for someone who loves music and loves to sing.

Perfect gift for kids

Really fun little karaoke machine! The sound is good, the wireless mics work well, and the voice effects keep the kids entertained. It's easy to set up and perfect for family fun or birthday parties. I wish the battery could last a little longer and the speaker is a bit louder. Overall, it's a great gift and the kids love it!

super fun gift idea!

it's so fun to use! the speakers can sound a little distorted at times but for the price, it is reasonable. we have so much fun using it for karaoke nights and the mics are auto connected to the speakers.

Entertaining and functional

Got this for little cousin, I'm about 40 years older, I hope she likes it but I definitely had a blast testing it out. My dogs were very entertained by it too. šŸ˜„ the speaker is way better than i expected. You could use this just for a speaker if you wanted. The colors change and it was super easy to connect to Bluetooth. The monster voice is hysterical.

The songbook

What a mini karaoke machine for kids should do, in IROO's words

Type ā€œkids karaoke machineā€ into a search box and you get a wall of speakers that look alike. We make one small cube and build everything around it, so this page is less a comparison and more a map of what matters when a child, not an adult, is the singer. A kids karaoke machine with wireless microphones earns its shelf space when it can be started without help, shared without arguing and switched off without protest.

Our portable Bluetooth karaoke speaker weighs about as much as a lunchbox and runs on its own battery, which is why it ends up in the back seat, in the classroom cupboard and on grandma’s porch rather than only in the bedroom. Every set ships with at least two microphones, because the first thing a child does with one mic is hand it to someone. Below are the words printed on our box, what they mean for a four-year-old, and how we would match a set to the room it will live in.

Reading the box

Bluetooth 5.3
The link between your phone and the cube. It connects fast, holds steady across a living room and lets a music or lyrics app play through the speaker while the mics carry the voice.
Two wireless mics
Both pair with the cube on their own when switched on. Each has its own buttons, so a duet does not become a tug-of-war over one handset.
5 voice effects
Monster, robot, baby and friends. A single button changes the voice and is usually the first one a child finds without being shown.
Light ring
A ring of color that pulses with the music. It has a separate switch, so the show can run dark for a bedtime playlist.
TF card slot
The no-phone option. Load songs onto a TF card, slide it in and the cube plays them directly. The card itself is not in the box.
Karafun month
One month of Karafun Premium comes with every machine: a karaoke library with lyrics on screen, so there is something to sing on the first evening.

Match the set to the room

  1. BedroomOne child, maybe a sibling at the door

The classic mini karaoke machine with 2 wireless mics in a color the singer picks. The headphone jack matters here more than anywhere: a quiet rehearsal keeps the rest of the house on your side.

  2. Living roomThree kids and two adults who swear they will not sing

A set with 3 or 4 wireless microphones. The cube is the same size, only the box holds more mics, so a family band fits on the same shelf as a duet.

  3. Party tableA birthday, a theme, a child with a favorite animal

A character edition with a shark, kitten, snowman or dinosaur glowing on the front. Same two mics and voice effects, with a picture that becomes part of the decorations.

  4. BackyardThe show has moved outside and the audience wants a turn

Hand out the monster-feet balancing stilts, four pairs to a set with rope handles that adjust to each walker. The cube keeps playing from its battery while the race is on.

A microphone the size of a child’s hand does something a big speaker cannot: it makes the quietest kid in the room want to be heard.

Everything above comes from the same two ideas: a stage should be the singer’s size, and singing is better shared. If you still cannot decide, our note on choosing 2, 3 or 4 microphones walks through it with examples, and the connection guide covers the first five minutes after the box is open.

People also ask

The questions that come up before a first karaoke machine.

What is a good mini karaoke machine for kids?

One a child can run alone. That means microphones that pair without help, a single power button, a carry handle and a volume level set for young ears. Every IROO cube is built around those four points.

How do I connect a karaoke machine to my phone?

Turn the cube on, open Bluetooth settings on the phone and choose the speaker from the list. Music and lyrics apps then play through the cube while the microphones carry the voice.

How do I get songs for a karaoke machine?

Use any music or video app on a paired device. The Karafun Premium month included with our machines adds a library of karaoke versions with lyrics on screen. A TF card with saved songs is the no-phone option.

Is karaoke good for children?

Singing along practices words, rhythm and memory, and a microphone gives a quiet child a reason to be heard. We design for play first and let the practice happen on its own.

Can a karaoke machine be used with headphones?

Ours can. A headphone jack on the cube lets a singer rehearse without filling the house with sound.

How long does a mini karaoke machine battery last?

An IROO cube plays for 3 to 10 hours on a charge. Loud volume and lights use more, a quiet story playlist uses less.
